YOGA FLOW
Vinyasa Flow is a practice that synchronizes movement with breath, creating a powerful connection between mind and body. Just as in dance, where every movement flows seamlessly into the next without interruption, Vinyasa Flow links each posture together, allowing for a continuous flow. This is why the magic of the practice lies in the transitions. Gracefully linking each position to the next becomes a moving meditation where each graceful movement becomes a meditation in motion—a delicate balance between effort and ease. The breath ties it all together, infusing the practice with its transformative energy.
This is an "all levels" practice, welcoming yogis of all shapes, sizes, ages, and abilities to join and flow together. I primarily teach in Berlin, and I invite you to reach out to me directly or check my schedule for more information.
fl’AIR Yoga - AERIAL YOGA
Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga asanas with elements of Pilates, acrobatics, and dance, all performed while suspended in the air using a hammock. This unique approach allows you to explore yoga poses that might be challenging on the ground but become more accessible when practiced mid-air.
The suspension in the air helps release tension in the bones and muscles, enhancing flexibility and deepening your practice. It also promotes a meditative state that clears the mind and alleviates stress. Alongside the emotional, physical, and spiritual benefits shared by all yoga practices, Aerial Yoga offers specific advantages, such as strengthening and stretching the entire body, decompressing the spine, improving circulation, boosting digestion, and uplifting your mood.
